SEEGRAIN™ Pricing Methodology (SPM)

SEEGRAIN™ is a limited physical collectible designed for long-term collectibility and cultural significance, created as an object people want to hold, use, and keep. Pricing is established using a highly scientific, data-driven, and proprietary SEEGRAIN™ Pricing Methodology (SPM) and may be updated periodically.

Internal Reference Framework
The SEEGRAIN™ ecosystem maintains multiple internal reference tiers including but not limited to a time-sensitive USD issue price, cultural reference baseline, long-term maturity reference (long-range design reference), and ecosystem calibration. Specific reference figures are not publicly disclosed, as internal pricing methodologies and frameworks are proprietary to the SEEGRAIN™ ecosystem. Scientific research, accuracy improvements, and the development of the internal reference framework engine, driven by ecosystem data, are key to its careful and proper application.

SEEUSD
SEEUSD is the USD issue price of one MICRO SEEGRAIN™ and represents the current price at which MICRO SEEGRAIN™ is issued. SEEUSD is sensitive to short-term changes, including subsidized public release denominations used to allow broader global participation and early collectibility. SEEUSD is also influenced by other internal reference tiers including but not limited to cultural reference baseline pricing and long-term maturity reference (long-range design reference) pricing which are intended to reflect overall value considerations for the SEEGRAIN™ collectible.

Utility & Access
Optional recognition of SEEGRAIN™ for access to certain prequalified events, products, or services is a utility feature and even if such utility or added value contributes to sales-price increases and higher demand for SEEGRAIN™ in secondary markets, should not be viewed as creating any expectation of government-regulated or guaranteed financial profit, appreciation, or return. Other features, including but not limited to recognition, status, or benefits associated with SEEGRAIN™, are intended as added utility value for SEEGRAIN™ Collectors.

Markets
Collectors may exchange SEEGRAIN™ through peer-to-peer arrangements, private venues, secondary markets, or future marketplace infrastructure. Prices in such markets may be higher or lower than SEEUSD. SEEGRAIN™ provides an official USD issue price for primary issuance based on its proprietary and scientific approach to value consideration and the SEEGRAIN™ Pricing Methodology but does not enforce SEEUSD in, set, or control secondary or private markets. Any infrastructure recognized as being both developed by SEEGRAIN™ and recognized as constituting a marketplace is intended solely to facilitate collector-to-collector exchange.

SEEGRAIN™ maintains a robust legal foundation and team which supports fair, clear, and competent regulation and operates responsibly within applicable laws. SEEGRAIN™ encourages the development of responsible statutes and regulatory systems in accordance with regional and national constitutions in effect. SEEGRAIN™ also seeks to respect and honor the cultural contexts in which it operates. SEEGRAIN™ seeks to operate with integrity, transparency, and respect for the communities and local contexts in which it engages, and is committed to responsible stewardship of its ecosystem and to conducting its activities in a manner that reflects long-term thinking, ethical conduct, and constructive participation in the broader public sphere.

SEEGRAIN™ is sold solely as a physical collectible and is not a government regulator-endorsed investment contract or financial security. SEEGRAIN™ is not sold with any promise, representation, or expectation of guaranteed or government-regulated increase in value or resale value.
